Start by washing and drying your hands thoroughly. When inserting, look slightly upward and gently place the lens on the white of your eye, then blink slowly to help it settle into place.

To remove, look up again and gently slide the lens down using your fingertip until it reaches the lower white of your eye, then pinch it out softly. Always use fresh contact lens solution and store your lenses in a clean case after each wear.

Because sclera lenses are larger and cover more of your eye, they can slightly reduce oxygen flow. That’s why we recommend wearing them for short periods, ideally between 2 to 4 hours at a time.
